Magdalene Bashir is a passionate education leader and Co-Founder of PulseEd Learning Community. With nearly a decade of experience across leading institutions in the UAE, she has served as a Secondary Science Teacher, Assessment Lead, and Head of Department.

She is driven by the belief that educators learn best from each other and is committed to building a platform where teachers can collaborate, share best practices, and grow together. Through PulseEd, she focuses on empowering educators, amplifying classroom expertise, and creating impactful professional learning communities.

Co-Founder | Educational Leadership & Teacher Development

Raihana Mumtaj is an educator and Co-Founder of PulseEd, dedicated to creating collaborative learning environments for teachers. With over 8 years of experience in the UAE education sector, she has led curriculum innovation, instructional coaching, and teacher development initiatives.

Her work focuses on empowering educators through professional learning communities, integrating EdTech, and promoting inquiry-based teaching practices. She is passionate about helping teachers grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact in their classrooms.

Hala Bakheet Bashir is actively involved in supporting the operations and strategic initiatives of PulseEd Learning Community. She contributes to business coordination, administrative support, and overall organizational growth.

Kholoud Amro brings over 30 years of experience in teaching Physics and Chemistry across IB and IGCSE frameworks. She has worked with leading schools across Jordan, Kuwait, and the UAE, consistently driving academic excellence and student engagement.

Her approach focuses on inquiry-based learning, real-world application of concepts, and fostering critical thinking among students. She is deeply committed to making science accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for every learner.
